Dashboard Guide

Your member dashboard is your central hub for managing your Hello World Co-Op membership. This guide walks through each section of the dashboard.

Accessing Your Dashboard

1. Log in to helloworlddao.com
2. Click Dashboard in the main navigation
3. You'll see your personalized member dashboard

Dashboard Sections

Membership Status

At the top of your dashboard, you'll see your current membership status:

Status	Meaning
Active	Your membership is current and in good standing
Pending	Waiting for KYC approval or payment
Renewal Due	Renewal window is open (December-January)
Grace Period	Membership expired but within 30-day grace
Expired	Membership has lapsed

Member Information

This section displays:

• Member since: Your original join date
• Member ID: Your unique member identifier
• Current period: The membership year you're in
• Expiration date: When your current membership expires

Membership NFT

View your Membership NFT details:

• Token ID: Your unique NFT identifier
• Status: Active or Expired
• Type: Soul-Bound Token (non-transferable)

Recent Activity

A timeline of your recent actions:

• Votes cast
• Membership payments
• Account updates
• Login activity

Token Balance

View your DOM token holdings directly from the dashboard:

• Available Balance: Tokens available for transactions
• Total Holdings: Complete token count including locked amounts
• Recent Transactions: Latest token movements

DOM Tokens

DOM tokens are the co-op's utility token. They're earned through participation and can be used for various co-op activities.

Treasury View

Access the co-op's financial transparency dashboard:

• Total Treasury Balance: Current co-op funds
• Monthly Activity: Income and expenditure summary
• Fund Allocations: How funds are distributed across budgets
• Recent Transactions: Latest treasury movements

Click View Full Treasury for detailed breakdowns.

Escrow View

Track funds held in escrow for ongoing projects and milestones:

• Active Escrows: Contracts with funds currently held
• Your Contracts: Escrows you're involved with (as contractor or approver)
• Milestone Progress: Status of milestone-based releases
• Pending Releases: Funds awaiting approval or conditions

Quick Actions

Common tasks accessible from the dashboard:

• View Active Proposals - See what's up for vote
• Payment History - View past payments
• Account Settings - Update your profile
• Renew Membership - (When renewal window is open)
• Create Proposal - Start a new proposal in Think Tank

Payment History

To view your payment history:

1. From your dashboard, click Payment History
2. View a list of all membership payments
3. Download receipts for any payment

Each payment record shows:

• Payment date
• Amount paid
• Payment method (last 4 digits)
• Receipt number
• Status (Completed/Pending/Failed)

Notifications

The dashboard shows important notifications:

• Renewal reminders - Starting December 1
• Voting deadlines - For active proposals
• Account alerts - Security and verification notices

Dashboard Tips

1. Check regularly during renewal window (December-January) to avoid missing your renewal deadline

2. Review your payment history before renewing to ensure previous payments processed correctly

3. Keep your contact information updated to receive important notifications

Troubleshooting

Dashboard not loading?

• Clear your browser cache
• Try a different browser
• Check your internet connection

Status showing incorrectly?

• Refresh the page
• Check for pending payments
• Contact support if issue persists

Can't find a feature?

• Some features only appear during certain periods (like renewal during Dec-Jan)
